Our latest wedding adventure

Last weekend we had the opportunity to let our creative juices go to town by providing some handmade bespoke props for a beautiful wedding held in West London. We both had a great time cutting, sticking and sewing, getting all the different props ready for Saturday morning. Then when everything was in place, we stopped, we looked around and I’m sure my hearty did a little backflip with excitement – it looked beautiful.

We had our homemade picket fences standing proud at the front of the venue with a personalised chalk board – these always help add that bespoke feel to any event.

We designed the seating plan in line with their navy theme, adding a touch of romance with roses intertwined around the frame.

On the title of the seating plan we ran a pearl lace runner along the edge to add a sprinkle of delicacy against the navy.

We hand made favours filled with sweet treats; these pillow boxes were wrapped with a doily and tied up with string.

We had decor on each of the glasses on the tables, which we used to show the name of each guest.

We used lace table cloths on each of the display tables.

Our favourite guestbook package was used at the wedding, where guests write a message for the bride and groom to open in a year’s time. A great alternative to ensure your guests can leave their wishes for the new Mr & Mrs!

Our giant vintage frame was used with the chalkboard backing, where we wrote the quote chosen by the bride and groom. This was hung on the wall for all to see!

On the menu was vanilla cream and toffee nut cream cupcakes. We placed these cupcakes on the stand, on top of one of our lace table cloths.

We printed the menus inside heart shaped frames and placed them in the centre of the tables, alongside a table number and tall vase of a few flowers and greenery.
